USD/CAD Technical Signals

Yesterday USD/CAD entered into a sell trend and I made 100 pips from that trade, but I signaled my clients to close it with 50 pips profit because I didn't want to take chance with it.

We see it now testing the 1.0000 support, if it breaks it, it will stay under it for a long time, I feel that it will not break it, I see it rebounding in that support towards 1.0050 - 1.0100 - 1.0175 .

Today at 9:00 AM (EST) canadian interest rate will be released, I will watch the USD/CAD and if there is a suitable point to enter for a trade I will enter it before the interest rate release, and then I will watch the economic data for the interest rate; if interest rate data came with my trade direction I will stay in it, else I will close it immediately because interest rates have great impact on the currency behavior.

I entered yesterday a long trade you can check the free forex signal section in the website for details. It is testing now a new level, if it breaks it I will extend my target to 200 pips, else I will exit when suitable. I have now 50 pips I will see what to do in the next hours.

USD/CAD breaks the UP trend which has been developed last week, it breaked yesterday the 1.0200 level it is now in a downtrend, I can't predict where it will reach, I will define a good entry point and enter a short trade.

If ADP came worse than expected I see a drop of USD/CAD to 1.0190 and 1.0155, I will wait and see the ADP release report at 8:15 AM EST

At 10:00 am we have the Factory Orders release, in case the data came worse than expected, I expect USD/CAD will continue falling to 1.0155 and 1.0100. If report came better than expected I expect that USD/CAD will make the 1.0190 as a strong support and rebound to 1.0250.
